Lead Resource Coordinator – Gas Turbine Field Service

Your Day

As Lead Resource Coordinator for Gas Turbine Field Service you open the day reviewing regional resource plans across Latin America, ensuring manpower, tooling and mobilisation readiness for upcoming service events. You collaborate closely with planners in the USA, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, the Caribbean, Brazil, Bolivia and Argentina while supporting global HQ field-service planning teams.

You spearhead digitalisation initiatives in Salesforce Lightning, drive data transparency and create multi-year pipeline visibility. Throughout the day you coach regional planners, solve staffing and logistics issues, secure tool availability and standardise processes to raise operational excellence.

Location: Santiago de Querétaro (MX); reporting to the Latin America Service Operations Manager.

How You Make an Impact

  • End-to-end staffing of service events for Large, Medium and Small/Aeroderivative gas turbines (LGT/MGT/SGT/AGT)
  • Pro-actively resolve or escalate issues concerning personnel, tooling and schedules
  • Manage tool orders and returns for outages; co-ordinate regional tool pools
  • Ensure high-quality master data in SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning (work orders, appointments, requisitions, vendor updates)
  • Own system integrity and full visibility of all Latin-American service events in Salesforce
  • Build 3-5-year pipeline visualisations for strategic workforce and tooling planning
  • Develop digital tools & dashboards to standardise processes and boost efficiency
  • Interface with global headquarters teams; secure regional alignment
  • Lead and develop regional planners in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Caribbean, Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in field service, logistics, planning, supply chain or project management
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Lightning and SAP PD2; advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI or Tableau experience a plus
  • Business-fluent English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or clear readiness to lead a distributed multicultural team
